 Century 21 Tumlinson Realty was established in 1987. It is
located in a Victorian home that is over 100 years old, on the main street
of Athens. There are eight Realtors and two Broker Associates in our office,
and their experience ranges from five to twenty-eight years. Our agents are
involved in various organizations that have to do with helping others as
well as serving on our local Board of Realtors.
We are a full service company marketing and selling all
types of property. Athens is a community of approximately 12,000 residents.
It is situated between two major lakes, surrounded by beautiful countryside,
rolling hills and many rural homes. We all therefore are accustomed to
working in a broad variety of circumstances. It is our custom to
troubleshoot together any specific problems in order to best serve our
customers and clients. Caring for and benefiting others is second nature to
